Locksley Raspberry, Chocolate & Fig Negroni

Our award winning Negroni has been popular at events around country. We have been asked for the recipe countless times, so have made it one step easier by bottling it, ready for you to chill, and drink.

Originally created for a Negroni challenge, to go beyond the usual three parts to a five part blend, elevating the flavours yet remaining true to the bitter sweet soul of a Negroni. We have incorporated subtle hints of raspberry, chocolate, and fig, in what we think is an incredibly balanced serve. Ingredients are:

• Locksley Distilling Raspberry & Cardamom Gin
• Locksley Distilling Cocoa Nib Liqueur
• Campari
• Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
• Edmond Briottet Crème de Figue
