Rafters Restaurant: Spice Rush Robin
We are proud to be kicking off our Cocktail Advent Calendar for 2016 with the mighty Rafters’ Spice Rush Robin, combining our gin with O’Hara’s Spiced Rum, setting the bar high for the rest of the month!
50ml Sir Robin of Locksley® Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml O’Hara’s Spiced Rum
1 Brown sugar cube soaked in Angostura Bitters
Soak the sugar cube in Angostura & crush. Build all ingredients over ice, and shake. Strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass, and garnish with slice of orange.
