R’ Red Hot Robin
From our bespoke cocktail program we are pleased to share our Red Hot Robin recipe. But watch out… it has a kick!
This cocktail combines our smooth gin with citrus, and a blast of Alex Khoo’s sweet but not so innocent Golden Syrup. The latter is an amazing, tangy hot sauce, made from chillies grown in Sheffield.
50ml Sir Robin of Locksley Distilled Artisan Gin
1 tablespoon fresh Lime Juice
1/2 tablespoon Khoo’s Golden Syrup Hot Sauce
4 leaves of fresh Basil
Shake well all the ingredients with ice so the basil breaks down, strain into a chilled martini glass. Double strain if you don’t want bits of basil, but we quite like it!
Garnish with a piece of crystallised Jalapeño for an extra hardcore kick.
